Credit Memo Policy

At My Cheer Box, we value our customers and strive to make every part of the ordering process as smooth as possible—including how we handle credits issued to customer accounts.

Effective Date: 10/1/2025

1. Credit Validity Period

All credits issued by My Cheer Box must be redeemed within 12 months from the original date of issue. This timeline ensures that credits remain current and are applied toward active or upcoming cheer seasons.

2. Expiration of Credits

Any credit not used within the 12-month period will automatically expire.
Expired credits:

-Hold no cash value

-Cannot be reinstated once the expiration date has passed

3. Extensions

My Cheer Box may, at its sole discretion, grant a one-time extension on credit expiration dates. Extensions are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.

4. Non-Transferability

Credits are issued to the original purchasing program or customer and are non-transferable. Credits cannot be sold, exchanged, or assigned to another party.

5. Application of Credits

Credits may be applied toward:

-Cheer box purchases

-Design services

-Accessories and upgrades

They may not be redeemed for cash or applied toward previously paid invoices.

6. Policy Updates

My Cheer Box reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and apply to credits issued after the update date.
