Color Accuracy Disclosure

At My Cheer Box™, we take pride in producing vibrant, high-quality graphics that bring your program's vision to life. However, colors displayed on digital screens may differ from the colors reproduced on our finished products.

Variations in monitor settings, screen brightness, printing materials, protective finishes, and lighting conditions can affect color appearance. Additionally, metallic colors and specialty paint finishes may not be accurately reproduced using standard digital printing methods.

We encourage customers to provide HEX, RGB, CMYK, or Pantone color references whenever possible. While these references help us achieve consistent color representation, they do not guarantee an exact match to existing paint, apparel, equipment, or other physical materials.

For customers requiring a closer match to physical paint colors, we offer an optional Custom Color Matching Service starting at $95 per color, plus applicable paint and material costs.

By approving your design or submitting your order, you acknowledge that reasonable color variations may occur and that exact color matching is not guaranteed unless a specific, achievable color tolerance has been separately agreed upon in writing.
