Refund policy

  • We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

    To start a return, you can contact us at Sales@mycheerbox.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: [10844 E avenue, STE C1, Hesperia, CA 92345] 

    If your return is reviewed and accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

    Damages and issues
    Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


    Exceptions / non-returnable items
    Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and items that are damaged due to misuse or mishandling. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

    Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, ding and dent sales, gift cards, or items that are labeled final sale.


    Exchanges
    The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.



    Refunds

    At My Cheer Box, we take pride in delivering high-quality products made just for your athletes. Because many of our items are custom and made-to-order, all sales are generally final. However, if a refund is approved due to special circumstances, please note the following:

    - Refunds are returned to the original form of payment used at checkout.
    - Refunds are processed less applicable payment processing fees (typically 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction). These fees are charged to us by our payment processor and are non-refundable.
    - The net refund amount (purchase price minus processing fees) will be returned to your account.
    - Refunds typically take 3–7 business days to appear on your bank or card statement.
