Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and Services to you.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or Services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or Service made on this site is void where prohibited.
We do not warrant that the quality of any products, Services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.
SECTION 6 - PRODUCT CARE, USE & LIMITED WARRANTY My Cheer Box products are subject to our Product Care & Limited Warranty Policy which contains important information regarding proper use, handling, transportation, storage, maintenance, cosmetic finishes, vinyl graphics, product care, warranty coverage, exclusions, and claim procedures.
Customers are responsible for reviewing and following the care, use, handling, transportation, and storage requirements applicable to their products.
Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, improper handling, improper transportation or loading, weather exposure, improper storage, failure to follow care instructions, unauthorized modifications, accidents, normal wear and tear, or handling by third parties may not be covered under warranty.
When a product is entrusted to another individual or organization, including but not limited to coaches, athletes, parents, transportation personnel, bus drivers, schools, freight handlers, or other third parties, the product owner remains responsible for ensuring that those individuals understand and follow proper handling, loading, transportation, storage, and care requirements.
Protective accessories, including My Cheer Box covers, may assist in reducing exposure to minor bumps, scuffs, sunlight, dirt, and weather during transportation or storage but do not guarantee protection against damage.

SECTION 6A - CUSTOM & PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS
My Cheer Box offers custom, personalized, made-to-order, and customer-approved products, including but not limited to cheer boxes, vinyl graphics, wraps, decals, signs, banners, apparel, accessories, and other customized products.
CUSTOMER-SUPPLIED INFORMATION
Customers are responsible for reviewing and verifying all information submitted for customization, including names, spelling, graduation years, numbers, team names, school names, colors, photographs, logos, artwork, and other personalized information.
My Cheer Box is not responsible for errors contained in information supplied or approved by the customer.
DESIGN PROOFS & CUSTOMER APPROVAL
When a design proof is provided, customers are responsible for carefully reviewing the entire design prior to approval.
Customer approval authorizes My Cheer Box to proceed with production based on the approved design.
Once a design has been approved and production has begun, changes may not be possible. If a requested change can still be accommodated, additional design, material, production, or rush charges may apply.
Approval of a proof includes approval of, where applicable:
• Names and spelling
• Graduation years
• Numbers
• Team and school names
• Design layout and placement
• Photographs and submitted artwork
• Colors and design elements
• Personalization details
My Cheer Box is not responsible for customer-approved errors that are discovered after production has begun or after the finished product has been produced.
COLOR & DISPLAY VARIATIONS
My Cheer Box makes reasonable efforts to accurately reproduce requested colors and artwork. However, colors displayed on computer monitors, phones, tablets, and other electronic devices may differ from the colors of the finished printed or manufactured product.
Differences may also occur due to screen calibration, lighting conditions, printing processes, materials, finishes, laminates, wood characteristics, and other production variables.
Minor color variations between electronic proofs and finished products are not considered manufacturing defects.
VINYL COLOR MATCHING, PAINT CODES & DIGITAL COLOR REFERENCES
My Cheer Box may use paint codes, HEX codes, RGB values, CMYK values, Pantone references, photographs, screenshots, digital swatches, school brand guides, physical samples, or other color references supplied by the customer to assist with selecting or producing an appropriate vinyl or printed color.
Customers should understand that paint, printed graphics, and vinyl are produced using different materials, pigments, inks, coatings, finishes, and manufacturing processes. Because of these differences, an exact match between a painted surface and a printed or vinyl graphic cannot be guaranteed.
A paint code or digital color value may be used as a starting point for color selection, but the same color value may appear differently depending on the material, finish, printer, ink set, laminate, lighting conditions, and viewing environment.
My Cheer Box is not responsible for a customer's selection of an incorrect or undesired color when that selection is based on a digital display, photograph, screenshot, paint code, HEX code, RGB value, CMYK value, Pantone reference, digital swatch, or other reference supplied or approved by the customer.
Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving requested colors before production.
COLOR SAMPLE PALETTES
My Cheer Box does not provide complimentary printed color sample palettes, swatches, or test prints for custom color matching.
Customers who require greater confidence in a color selection may request the purchase of a printed color sample palette prior to final production.
Sample palettes may be created using HEX codes or other color values supplied by the customer and are subject to an additional fee.
A printed sample palette allows the customer to physically review printed color options under their own lighting and viewing conditions before approving a final color selection.
Sample palettes are intended to assist with color selection only and do not guarantee an exact match to paint, fabric, vinyl film, school uniforms, digital screens, signage, or other materials.
Once a customer approves a color based on a digital proof, provided color code, physical sample palette, or other submitted reference, that approval authorizes My Cheer Box to proceed with the selected color.
My Cheer Box is not responsible for dissatisfaction with an approved color unless the finished product materially differs from the color selected or approved for production due to an error by My Cheer Box.
PRODUCTION TOLERANCES
Custom products are manufactured, printed, trimmed, laminated, wrapped, assembled, and installed through processes that may involve minor production tolerances.
Small variations in graphic placement, trimming, alignment, seams, edge positioning, material appearance, wood grain, natural wood characteristics, or similar production details may occur.
Reasonable variations that do not materially affect the intended use or overall appearance of the product are not considered defects.
CUSTOM & PERSONALIZED PRODUCT RETURNS
Because custom and personalized products are produced specifically for the customer, they generally cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded due to a change of mind, incorrect customer-supplied information, or dissatisfaction with a design that was previously approved by the customer.
Nothing in this section limits any rights or remedies that may be available under applicable law for defective, damaged, or incorrectly produced merchandise.
CUSTOMER-SUPPLIED ARTWORK, PHOTOGRAPHS & LOGOS
By submitting photographs, logos, artwork, school marks, team marks, trademarks, copyrighted materials, or other content to My Cheer Box, the customer represents that they own the material or have obtained sufficient authorization or permission to use and reproduce it for the requested product.
The customer authorizes My Cheer Box to reproduce, modify, resize, crop, arrange, print, manufacture, and otherwise use submitted materials as reasonably necessary to fulfill the customer's order.
My Cheer Box reserves the right to refuse artwork or customization requests that we reasonably believe may violate the intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights of another person or organization.
CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY FOR SCHOOL & TEAM MARKS
Customers requesting the use of school names, mascots, logos, team marks, organization marks, or similar intellectual property are responsible for obtaining any authorization required by the applicable school, district, organization, league, team, or rights holder.
Submission of such materials to My Cheer Box constitutes the customer's representation that they are authorized to request their reproduction for the applicable order.
DESIGN SERVICES, PROOFS, REVISIONS & APPROVALS
When professional design services are purchased, the applicable product description, estimate, invoice, design-service terms, or order documentation will specify the number of revisions included with the service.
Design Form Submissions
Design services are based on the information, instructions, selections, logos, photographs, artwork, reference materials, and other files submitted by the customer.
Submission of a Cheer Box Design Form or other requested design information authorizes My Cheer Box, LLC to begin design work based on the materials and instructions provided.
Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing their design requirements before submission. Once submitted, design requirements should be considered finalized.
If changes are needed after submission, My Cheer Box must be notified as soon as possible. Changes requested after design work has begun may result in additional design fees and may affect the estimated production or completion timeline.
Design Proofs
When applicable, My Cheer Box will provide a digital design proof for customer review before the approved design is placed into production.
Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all visible elements of the proof, including names, spelling, graduation years, numbers, team or school names, logos, photographs, colors, wording, personalization, layout, and placement.
Digital proofs are intended as visual representations of the finished design. Minor differences in color, scale, placement, print appearance, material texture, or screen display may occur.
Revisions and Design Changes
Additional revisions, redesigns, or changes requested beyond the included revision allowance may be subject to additional design fees.
A revision generally consists of a reasonable adjustment to the existing design direction.
Significant changes to the original design requirements, concept, theme, layout, artwork, photographs, personalization, or other submitted instructions may be treated as a redesign or design change rather than a standard revision.
If design requirements are changed after the design form has been submitted or after design work has begun, additional fees may be assessed based on the amount of work already completed and the amount of additional work required.
Depending on the stage of the design process, these charges may range from an additional revision fee up to the full cost of the applicable graphic design service.
Significant changes to an approved design, including changes requested after production preparation, printing, fabrication, installation, or manufacturing has begun, may require additional charges for design labor, materials, printing, production, or replacement components.
Customer Approval
Customer approval of a design proof authorizes My Cheer Box to proceed with production.
Once a proof has been approved, the customer accepts responsibility for the accuracy of all visible design elements included in the approved proof.
Changes requested after approval are not guaranteed and may not be possible once production has begun.
If a requested change can still be accommodated after approval, additional design, material, printing, labor, or production charges may apply.
My Cheer Box is not responsible for errors contained in customer-supplied information or files that were accurately represented in the proof and subsequently approved by the customer.
Production Timing
Production timelines may depend on the timely receipt of required design information, files, revisions, approvals, and applicable payments.
Delays caused by incomplete submissions, customer-requested changes, delayed responses, or delayed approval may extend the estimated completion or delivery date.
FINAL PRODUCT
The finished physical product, rather than an electronic proof viewed on a particular screen or device, represents the final manufactured item.
If My Cheer Box produces a product that materially differs from the customer's approved design or confirmed order specifications due to an error by My Cheer Box, the customer should contact us promptly so that we may review the matter and determine an appropriate remedy in accordance with our applicable policies.
By purchasing, accepting delivery of, or using a My Cheer Box product, you acknowledge that you have had access to and agree to the applicable Product Care & Limited Warranty Policy.
Nothing in these Terms or the Product Care & Limited Warranty Policy is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, restricted, or modified under applicable law.
SECTION 7 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless My Cheer Box and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, Service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.
SECTION 16 - SEVERABILITY
In the event that any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms of Service, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.

The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the termination date shall survive the termination of this agreement for all purposes.
These Terms of Service are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate these Terms of Service at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our Services, or when you cease using our site.
If in our sole judgment you fail, or we suspect that you have failed, to comply with any term or provision of these Terms of Service, we also may terminate this agreement at any time without notice and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination; and/or accordingly may deny you access to our Services (or any part thereof).

The failure of us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

SECTION 21 - Late Payment Policy
Payments not received within 7 days of the invoice date will incur a $25 late fee. An additional $25 late fee will be applied every 7 days thereafter until the outstanding balance is paid in full. Total late fees will not exceed $100 per invoice.
Orders will not be released, shipped, or made available for pickup until payment has been received in full.
SECTION 23 - MCB Priority Production Fee Policy
Overview
MCB FastTrack™ Production provides customers with the option to accelerate order timelines by prioritizing builds within My Cheer Box™ production scheduling, while maintaining quality standards and workflow consistency.
Production Speed Options
The following production options are available:
- Standard Production – Included with all orders
- Priority Build (+$35 per box) – Moves order ahead of standard production
- MCB FastTrack™ Production (+$65 per box) – Accelerated scheduling with prioritized placement
- Express GameReady™ Build (+$100 per box) – Front-of-line priority with fastest available turnaround
Eligibility Requirements
FastTrack™ Production will only begin once all required conditions have been met, including:
- Full payment received
- Final design approval completed
- All required files and information submitted
Orders that are incomplete or pending approval are not eligible for accelerated production until all requirements are satisfied.
Availability & Scheduling
