ORDER PROCESSING:

Orders can be picked up Monday - Friday 9AM to 5PM, and Saturday by appointment only. An email will be sent when your order is ready for
pickup.
LOCAL DELIVERY
During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "continue to
shipping" button. Local delivery is available for addresses within [60 Miles] of our Facility.
If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery, or you may need to call 760-760-2431 for a free delivery quote.
Orders placed before [12 PM] during store hours [9AM - 5PM] may be eligible to be delivered the same day. Orders placed outside of these hours will be delivered the next day we are open (depending on the number of orders requiring local delivery). Local delivery typically is delivered with 72 business hours from purchase.
When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking
information.
FLAT RATE SHIPPING
In stock orders (without customization) are generally shipped within [72 Hours] using [USPS, FEDEX, UPS, and LTL Carriers]. Flat rate shipping fee of [$40 per cheer box] applies to all orders requiring shipping. For orders of 10 cheer boxes or more, we offer LTL shipment services. For best results please call us at 760-760-2431 to receive a free accurate quote on your order. Optional: We do not ship outside of [United States] at this time.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and
displayed at checkout. For orders of 10 or more cheer boxes, they will be shipped via pallet. Please call 760-760-2431 for an accurate LTL shipping quote. You can also elect to have them shipped individually at the flat rate fee ($40 per cheer box).
For simple flat rate shipping: We offer $40 flat rate shipping to [US Lower 48 States].
Periodically throughout the year we offer free shipping on all orders. These are exclusively for free shipping sales and will not apply when free shipping is not being offered.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original
condition, we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs and restocking fees (25% for individual orders/50% for team order returns).
